Once you have accepted a place at a kindergarten for next year, you will receive an email requesting you complete your child’s Confidential Enrolment Form. This is where you will provide all the information that is required for your child to start kindergarten.
Once your enrolment is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email that your child is now enrolled.
Further information will be sent formally welcoming you to kindergarten in the relevant year. For next year commencement, you will also receive an invitation for your child to attend an orientation session at their new kindergarten.
"NO Jab no play"
To have your child’s enrolment confirmed, you will need to provide:
- a current immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register
- the statement must show your child is up to date with all vaccinations that are due for their age, or they’re up to date with the vaccinations they’re able to receive.
This is known as ‘No Jab No Play’.
The immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register is the only document accepted for enrolments. Letters from GPs or local councils are not accepted.

If you need to cancel your child’s kindergarten place for any reason, please notify the kindergarten and email CPSG, writing of your intention to leave the kindergarten and the last date your child will be attending.
