Please find below everything you need to enrol your child in kindergarten.
We highly recommend you read the Enrolment Overview section first before proceeding to registration.
before you start
As part of the registration process, you will need to upload the following documents:
- Proof of birth (copy of birth certificate or passport)
- Health Care Card and/or Pension Card (if applicable)
You will also need:
- a current email address
- a mobile phone number
After registering, you will receive confirmation and further communication by email.
If you are enrolling more than one child, you will need to complete a separate registration form for each child.
Immunisation history statement
When you are offered a place, you will also be required to provide an Immunisation History Statement, which can be requested from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) by calling 1800 653 809 or your MyGov Account or through a Medicare Service Centre.
Families who do not hold a Medicare card must call the Australian Immunisation Register to request an Immunisation History Statement.

Please note, this is a registration form only, not confirmation of a kindergarten place. Once kindergarten places have been allocated, we will email you an online enrolment information form to secure your child’s place. Priority of access guidelines apply.
SESSION TIMETABLES
Kindergarten sessions are amended in response to the increases or decreases in the number of children enrolled, to ensure the ongoing viability of the organisation and each service. Most groups may be multi-aged (both 3 and 4-year-old children together).
Current session times, indicated below, are an indication only and may be altered as required, based on the number of children enrolled.
